This policy describes the current TORI website and account flow.
2. Account information
Email sign-up can process your email address, authentication identifiers, timestamps and optional name.
3. Age declaration
The account flow asks for an age range and a truthful declaration. Do not submit false age information.
4. Knowledge Studio
The current business profile, products, services, facts, keywords and learned phrases are stored in browser local storage. This prototype does not automatically upload that knowledge to a TORI server. Anyone with access to the same device/browser profile may potentially access it.
5. Supabase authentication
Supabase provides authentication infrastructure for email/password accounts. Its applicable privacy practices should be reviewed before launch.
6. Storage
Browser storage is used for local product functionality. Clearing site data can delete local knowledge. Authentication state can also be stored by the auth library.
7. Use and sharing
Information may be used to authenticate accounts, operate requested features, maintain security and enforce rules. Service providers may receive information needed to operate their part of the service, and disclosures may occur when legally required.
8. Retention and deletion
Local knowledge remains until cleared or overwritten. Exact account retention/deletion periods must match your actual Supabase settings and business practices and should be filled in before launch.
