Business identity
Name, registered name, category, description, tagline, website, email, phone, WhatsApp, country, city, address and hours.
The product is built around a simple premise: the business already knows most answers. TORI's job is to identify the question, identify what the question refers to, retrieve the right facts, and show whether the answer is sufficiently grounded.
Name, registered name, category, description, tagline, website, email, phone, WhatsApp, country, city, address and hours.
Each product gets a name, price, currency, aliases, purpose, contents, stock, delivery, link, refund detail and more.
Services can have their own aliases, scope, starting price, availability, link, delivery expectations and rules.
Anything that does not fit the standard fields can become a custom fact with its own question aliases.
TORI should not look for the single word “vault” and guess. It sees the product entity plus a purpose question, resolves the configured product, and selects that product's description instead of its price.
